Job Overview: Quality Control Manager – ARB Inc. Position Overview The Quality Control Manager is a crucial role that is responsible for implementing project compliance with quality specifications. Responsibilities · Implement project specific quality control program structured for compliance with all applicable codes and the project specifications · Set-up complete project QC tracking system for all activities, weld tracking log, NDE tracking log, rejection rate, civil tracking system · Perform all training of the Quality System (at office & Field site locations). · Set up all pressure test packages by system and pressure · Prepare a complete project turnover package for each discipline · Fully understand safety as it relates to construction activities · Manage field support inspectors. · Manage all Sub-Contractors and their approved quality programs · Manage and schedule all non-destructive examination (NDE) contractors. · Manage and schedule third-party special inspections. · Manage all special…
