Job Description Summary/Objective We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. A skilled craft worker is an essential cog in the wheel of any a construction contractor project. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway, or Bridge Projects. Applicant must be familiar with working from heights and/or Manlifts. Your role within the company will include participation in site safety, protection of the environment, and construction of exciting and challenging projects. Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/highway construction projects. Maintains a clean and well-organized job site: properly store consumable materials, picks up debris and waste for proper disposal, maintains equipment appearance, and secures/stores small tools and supplies.
