Job Description: The Purpose of Your Role as a Human Capital Systems Manager You’ll be at the heart of our Human Capital systems, keeping Workday and daily operations running smoothly while helping employees and People Leaders get what they need. From solving everyday challenges to keeping data accurate and employee processes on track, you’ll make a difference across the business. You’ll lead and grow the HCMS team, bring focus to daily priorities, and connect the right people across Human Capital, Payroll, and Technology to get things done. Alongside your Human Capital Operations teammates, you’ll help turn improvement ideas into practical solutions bringing your firsthand knowledge into testing, rollout, and ongoing support to make work easier for everyone. What You'll Be Part Of Manage the daily operation and support of Workday and supporting Human Capital systems, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding Coordinate daily support requests, set team priorities, monitor progress, and escalate issues that affect employees, payroll, or business operations Oversee routine configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and data quality, ensuring operational changes are tested, documented, and implemented consistently Coordinate troubleshooting for Workday and connected workforce and timekeeping systems, including Lumber, WennSoft, and BCX, in partnership with the Operations team, Technology, and vendors Identify recurring issues and process gaps, resolve operational problems, and partner with Operations…
